Repin Dmitrii and Anton Ivanov ("we", "us", or "our") are the joint developers of the mobile application Sö ("the App"), available on iOS and Android. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information you choose to share with the App. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App is designed for offline, personal food-tracking. All content remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

On-device features – Photos and text you add are processed solely to display meal history, generate local analytics, and enable premium functionality.
Diagnostics – Aggregated crash/usage data helps us identify bugs and improve stability. We do not combine this information with any personal identifiers.
No advertising data (currently) – The App presently shows no ads. Should advertising be introduced, this Policy will be updated before such changes take effect.
The App integrates the following optional SDKs, which may collect device information (e.g., device model, OS version, coarse location) under their own privacy terms:
We do not control how these providers handle data; please review their policies. No photos or user-entered meal data are shared with them.
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only a purchase token and do not receive billing names, card numbers, or other payment details.
On-device data – All photos and meal records stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all associated data automatically.
Diagnostics data – Retained by each third-party provider according to their policies. To request deletion of diagnostic data linked to your device identifier, contact us (see § 10).
We employ industry-standard security practices within the App. Nonetheless, since no method of storage is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App and on the hosting site, with the "Effective Date" revised accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
